With your stories on Marauder. Has Ryon Gambill, Marauder Corp. or Collection Professional Services (CPS) sued you?  Have you sued them?  Do you have a judgment or lien against him or one of his organizations? Do you have a picture, a mug shot or a drawing you'd care to share? We'll publish it.

Gambill/Marauder/CPS is currently allowed to report to

credit bureaus as a subscriber. We are putting together

facts and documented proof that Gambill  is a liar, thief and conman, who has violated state and federal laws in his collection business. We do not feel he should have access to credit bureau reporting or reports and are asking anyone with these names on their credit files to contact us. Our attorneys think this can be accomplished because of his past dealings.

It is used by debt collectors such as Gambill to find out your personal information. The rules state that as a subscriber to ACCURINT, you MUST agree to abide by state and federal law; we have proof that Gambill uses ACCURINT to abuse consumers and feel he should not
