Re: Ryon Alan Gambill & Marauder Corporation,

Nationwide Capital Recovery, & Check Enforcement Services
Dear Matthew:
Are you aware of the public outcry regarding this individual? An entire website has been devoted to exposing this fraud and criminal on how he rips off consumers and cheats the system. This is NOT just criticism; it is fact, based on dozens of lawsuits where Ryon Gambill states over and over about his illegal debt collection practices.
Those practices include using Experian to report false and inaccurate information on payday loans, when Gambill attempted to extort monies from consumers. All of this can be easily proved by reading the information on: www.marauderexposed.com Several lawsuits describe how he changed information to lower FICO scores by reporting false and inaccurate information when he failed to extort monies.
He has violated the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA) and the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) more times than can be counted, and has admitted to this over and over.
We are warning consumers that Gambill/Marauder are a threat and referring cases of credit bureau reporting to a group of FCRA and FDCPA consumer attorneys for possible legal actions against Marauder and the credit bureaus.
It is our position that Gambill is such a liar, that nothing he says can be believed and until his information is completely ‘DELETED’ from credit bureau files, the public should seek and take legal actions to protect themselves.
There is no reason for allowing this criminal to have access to this type of information. Experian should take immediate steps to validate these claims, and then eliminate Gambill & Marauder from its system forever.
Anyone finding these names on their reports is encouraged to contact us, and then let the Experian representative know what has transpired:
