Another Deadbeat Debt Collector?

He also appears to own and operate a debt collection agency

"Orca Financial, LC" whose name kept mysteriously appearing

in pleadings during a recent lawsuit filed on behalf of Ryon

Gambill in which Orca was not a party. The suit was for

$1 Million Dollars and was dismissed from Federal Court

when the Plaintiffs could not obtain local representation

within 50 miles of the Federal Courthouse.  This in spite

of the office "opened and maintained" in Irving (Dallas)

Texas by Attorney MacInnis.

Gary T. MacInnis Suspended by Texas State Bar

On September 11, 2006, Austin Attorney Gary T. MacInnis,

Texas Bar No.# 12774500 was suspended from the practice

of law for not paying his dues.

On September 12, 2006, while his license was suspended,

Former Attorney Gary T. MacInnis did file legal papers in

federal court for the Western Northern District of Texas.

While Gary T. MacInnis eventually paid his bar dues and was reinstated.  The fact he was practicing law while under suspension of his license is a matter that was taken up by the Texas Bar.
