President and owner of CPS and Marauder Corp., Ryon, 32, is known in the Industry as THE Deadbeat Debt Collector.  He personally owes more than $2 Million in Judgments and Debt Collection Accounts.

He has admitted to fraud, theft, impersonation and a variety of other criminal charges that make him the most disgusting debt collector we have ever come across and should be avoided by everyone.

Ryon is a liar, he will say anything to separate you from your money, he has stolen vast sums from those who sent him accounts, and he does not pay his own bills, having amassed more than $2 MILLION in personal debts. His (idiot?) Texas attorney Gary T. Macinnis (aka/Mr. Pitiful) set a record for the dumbest court filings by a single attorney in one case. Macinnis and Gamble were both owners of California collection operations until the burden of debt sent Mr. Pitiful back to Texas with a slew of tax liens and unpaid bills after him. His inability to handle even minor legal filings has earned him a reputation of being incompetent. To say that this duo is DUMB and DUMBER is an understatement!

(See tab on left for his failed bankruptcy.)  No novice to lawsuits, Ryon has been party to more than 25 suits involving illegal debt collection practices, fraud, FDCPA and FCRA violations, lies, threats, impersonation and has been a guest of courts in several states.  His own attorney has stated that Gambill never pays anyone.  Currently he is a member of the credit bureaus, which allows him to report under his name, we do NOT expect that to last much longer, as Gambill has proven that NOTHING he says has any truth or validity.

After doing a thorough back ground check on Gambill the question we keep asking is; why isn’t this jerk locked up in a jail cell where he belongs? 

He has ripped off more people than an Enron accountant, has admitted to stealing monies from people who hired him to collect, gets sued more than the big agencies do and has an

ego bigger than his mouth. He can’t seem to do anything

right, been in trouble with the law, has liens on his home and equipment at over $2 Million, was thrown out of

bankruptcy court for fraud and still lies and cheats his

way to a weekly pay check.

Gambill and Attorney Macinnis are an accident that

already happened; they are just too stupid to figure out

what is going on. In 25 years of involvement in this

industry, I have never come across anything as disgusting

as Ryon A. Gambill, Gary Macinnis and Marauder Corporation.

LAWYERS: WITH MORE THAN $2 MILLION IN JUDGMENTS, AND TAX LIENS, HIS INABILITY TO FILE FOR BANKRUPTCY, GAMBILL HAS A ‘DON’T GIVE A DAMN’ ATTITUDE TOWARDS ANY LAWSUIT. HIS OWN ATTORNEY SAID THAT HE HAS NO INTENTION OF EVER PAYING ANYONE.
