    Ryon Gambill claims to be the Collector's Collector and an expert skip tracer.  In fact, he sells a software program called "Collector in a Box" to guide small firms through the maze of collection.  He and his program advise how to craft letters that bring home the money.  Here's a sample letter Ryon himself used that got him sued in Federal court:
